These Terms of Service govern access to and use of CelebesID Synergy OS, including our website, application, and related services.

Use of Service
CelebesID Synergy OS provides tools for ISP operations, customer management, billing, MikroTik integration, vouchers, monitoring, and related business workflows. Users must use the service only for lawful purposes.
Accounts and Access
Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of account credentials and for all activity performed under their accounts. CelebesID may restrict access if misuse, unauthorized activity, or security risk is detected.
User Data
Users are responsible for the accuracy and legality of data entered into the platform. CelebesID processes user data to provide and maintain the service as described in our Privacy Policy.
Acceptable Use
Users may not use the service to violate laws, infringe third-party rights, disrupt systems, attempt unauthorized access, distribute malicious content, or abuse platform integrations.
Third-Party Services
The platform may integrate with third-party services such as Google authentication, payment gateways, messaging providers, and network devices. Use of third-party services may be subject to their own terms and policies.
Service Availability
We aim to keep the service reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Maintenance, updates, outages, or third-party issues may affect availability.
